Bellingham Industrial Park Development

Element provided on-demand geotechnical consulting services during the construction of an industrial park development in Bellingham. Our staff performed subgrade verifications for general site preparations of communal road and parking areas, gave recommendations for abatement of unsuitable soils and local uncontrolled fills, and consulted on the suitability and usage of imported material. Element also confirmed infiltration and bearing subgrade for the large stormwater vault, and performed PITs to verify infiltration design and verify rates during construction.
