Squalicum Harbor Fisherman’s Pavilion

The project involved redevelopment of an existing paved storage area for a public structure. Due to the close proximity to a marine shoreline and designated sensitive area, a Fish & Wildlife HCA was required for project approval. An Element Biologist reviewed the proposed actions, performed visual reconnaissance, and researched priority species of interest in the project area to determine potential for habitat impact as a result of the redevelopment. An HCA report was prepared and submitted for permitting.
